Hamle Tekstil, a Turkish family-owned business, is a textile printing specialist. The company was founded in 1997 and has gone on to become one of the industry’s leaders. A workforce of 45 people is currently employed at the Istanbul factory.
An extensive repertoire of machines covers both traditional and digital printing, a technology that the company adopted in 2016. Hamle Tekstil’s equipment includes one flatbed printing machine (6,000 m/day capacity), three foil printing machines (10,000 m/day), one rotary printing machine (12,000 m/day), one flock printing machine (15,000 m/day), one punching machine (3,500 m/day), and four digital printing machines (5,000 m/day)
The in-house collection of digital print polyamide fabrics provides a wide choice of products for the lingerie, swimwear, and activewear markets. The company can also personalise all kinds of prints and works closely with clients to meet their needs. Hamle Tekstil can also handle different finishings. The Oeko-Tex 100 certified company only uses environmentally correct water-based dyes and chemical products.
Innovative Hamle Tekstil can combine two processes at the same time on fabrics, such as pigment printing and glitter printing or pigment printing and foil printing.
Export accounts for 60 percent of output. The United Kingdom, France, the Netherlands, Germany, Russia, and Macedonia are all countries experiencing strong growth.
