Embrex Ltd. was founded by René Frei and Jürg Ruess in 1978. Company headquarters are in St Gallen, Switzerland’s famous embroidery-centre city. A joint-venture production site in Pingdu City in China employs 56 people and uses Saurer and Lässer machines to produce over 2 million metres yearly.
Embrex’s exceptionally fine embroideries are created with premium quality ultra-fine threads for the lingerie market. The company works closely with its client-partners to satisfy their demands and meet their needs. Its very flexible approach applies to both finalising designs and managing production.
Embrex exports almost all of its products and has three sales offices – in London, Paris, and China. Its client portfolio is made up of the leading names in lingerie (Aubade, Simone Pérèle, Lejaby, Victoria’s Secret, Lise Charmel, and others) as well as chains such as Marks and Spencer.
